Dock Icon changed since upgrade to Ventura

Before upgrading to Ventura, I had an Alias icon in the Dock which opened a folder on my NAS drive, and the image of that icon was the standard blue folder.

However, since upgrading to Ventura, the icon has changed to the white one, shown below:

Can I change this, or is it a 'glitch'?

Thanks

You can try recreating it...

I did, thank you.

When I reboot the iMac, I now get this, showing in the Dock:

Maybe it's my fault, and I need to do something to make this work again, but this icon relates to a folder on my NAS, which I seem to recall setting up using an alias, but also mapping the drive on startup - which it doesn't seem to do either, because I used to get a Finder window showing that folder when I startup the machine.

This definitely worked with Monterey and at least as far back as Catalina, because I've had the NAS that long.

Also, when I click on the ? it does open the correct folder on the NAS.

Curiouser and curiouser!

Drag it off Dock to get ride of it, the path to the source has been lost/corrupt.

Replace the folder from the source/ create a new alias and replace it...

Yeah, I tried that a couple of times, but still ended up with the white icon.

Adding specific folders works, but not adding an Alias.

I guess it'll be a bug report, then...

Did you try Control clicking on the folder/alias an make some change—like Display as Folder...or Display as Stack.

Command i will open the info pane and you can copy and paste your own image on the folder
