Lightroom will not install on my MacBook Pro. I have Ventura 13.0.01 installed, my firewall is off, I have 125gb on space available, my wi-fi is working and I have no antivirus software running. (Lightroom downloaded onto my iMac with no problems). I get the message.
Computers really shouldn't be this difficult to operate!

If you receive the same error or are otherwise unable to install Lightroom in safe mode, contact Adobe directly for additional assistance with their app.

If you are using a VPN while trying to download, that could be preventing a connection to Adobe's servers. For that reason, we'd advise to disable any VPN you may be using and attempt the download again.

Thanks but this did not work. I will contact Adobe but I feel sure it is an Apple problem as I am also unable to download NordVPN to the MacBook (which also downloaded fine on my iMac.
