Preview text field inverted

In My Preview App sometimes the Text field ist upside down when I am typing my text. Restart of the Mac is useless. Is it a Software problem from Apple? I am using Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1.

There is at least one more thread about this.
It happens in Ventura with some pdf files.
One workaround is to take a file that has this and Print to PDF. The resulting file will not have the problem.
I make pdf files constantlt, and none of the files that I can create in my mac shows this (either from running LaTeX, exporting as PDF from any application, or printing to PDF).
I was able to confirm that it happens with a file that the OP in another thread shared.
This seems to be related to the way the file was created, perhaps an inconsistent metatata about page orientation. Still unclear.
To summarize, there is something about Ventura (because the problem does not occur in older OS) and something about specific PDF documents that cause this.
