Airpods Pro 2 Case Lid Issue???

My Airpods Pro 2 that I bought on November 2022, I see that there is a small space on the hinge that it can be moved from the left to the right when you push or pull the lid and it creak if you twist the lid lightly (that I do not see on Airpod 2 of my friend). Is it a defect on Airpod Pro 2 or just the build quality?

AirPods 3 keep falling out. They do not fit. I am past the 14-day return period. Can I exchange for AirPod Pros? If not, what is solution?
