After flashing my phone,I can't activate it

Why can't I activate my phone after flashing it I turned on wifi and put sim card in the phone but it still can't activate.. please I need help

Iphone XR unable to activate after updating to IOS 18 My XR recently updated to IOS 18 automatically and it somehow reset my iphone and I'm back to the set up screen. I also see this is for an iPhone 7, if the above steps do not help this can be a sign of iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues - Apple Support
