Bugs of ios16 on iPhone XR.

Hello world! Im regular user of iPhone XR.

When I update my iPhone XR to iOS 16 my iPhone had to rebooting for 20 times for a day. It was awful. Two days ago when I spent my time in YouTube for answers I restore and downgrade my iPhone to ios15.7

Some time ago, when ios16.1.1 release, I had to update with hope. But I did mistake.

who can say what happened with my iPhone and what I have to do?
