If not, we recommend restarting your MacBook in Safe Mode. Once you confirm you're in Safe Mode, restart your MacBook Pro and try again. Make sure that your MacBook Pro and Time Capsule are connected to the same network: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support
