Belkin 3.5 mm Audio + Charge Rockstar not working

Belkin 3.5 mm Audio + Charge Rockstar not working. Purchased direct from Apple in 2020, but cannot get it to work. Not sure if it has something to do with the most recent ios update, but neither the charging or the listening via buds that came with the iphone work. Anyone else having an issue?

Why won't my iPad Pro charge from a USB-C hub? I have the latest gen iPad Pro. Also had the previous version. With the previous version, I used an external USB-C hub and the iPad charged fine. I could connect my headphones to the port on the hub and it worked well for audio. New iPad, not so much. It cannot charge from the hub. Replaced the hub with a new 100-w hub thinking it was a power issue. No dice. No matter what, the iPad will not charge from a hub. Sometimes it will show as charging but if it goes to sleep or if I plug in my headphones to the USB port on the hub, it instantly stops. This is very sad. I liked that my old iPad Pro could charge off an external hub and still run headphone traffic. Is there a special device/brand/flavor hub that works with charging and playing music? PowerBeats Pro - Left Earbud won't Charge I've had these earbuds for less than 6 months. The left earbud will not charge when in the charging box. I have tried resetting several times and I have confirmed that I have the most up to date version of iOS and the most up to date software version for PowerBeats Pro (6B27). This is very frustrating. These are my most favorite pair of earbuds I have ever had and now they are just useless. Can you please let me know what the problem is? I have researched and this seems to be a very common problem with PowerBeats Pro customers.
