removal of malware
I have an iphone 13 pro max. Parrable.com is showing up on my phone. What do I have to do to remove it? I do have Active Armor that is stopping the infiltration.

Nothing. Nothing is necessary. There are no viruses or malware that can infect an iPhone that has not been jailbroken.
Without exception, every 'protection' or 'security' app marketed for iPhones is basically a scam preying or ignorance and paranoia.
Don't get sucked into their hype.

If your phone is not jailbroken, you don't have malware...
Active Armor is completely worthless.
What’s the best to use if Active Armor is no good?
I followed all your instructions. The only thing I didn’t have off was the advertising, so I took care of that. Where I’m seeing a notification is through AT&T’s Active Armor. It is blocking it. I was wondering if that’s sufficient or do I need a program to try to completely remove parable.com?
Hi SuzieQ148,
We appreciate those details. If you are seeing it via Active Armor, we suggest reaching out to AT&T support to see if there are further settings that need to be enabled to completely block it. You can reach them here: AT&T - Customer Support Center
Take care.
Hey SuzieQ148,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Guidance for removing this alert, app, etc. will depend on where you see it.
For example, if you are seeing a pop-up in Safari, use the guidance from Block pop-up ads and windows in Safari - Apple Support including the following section which will help stop this and other pop-ups from appearing.
"Check Safari settings
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Safari.
Or you may be getting spam in your Messages app. If that's the case, you can filter your messages and take other actions mentioned in Block, filter, and report messages on iPhone - Apple Support.
If you see something that appears to be an ad, check your personalized ad settings using the guidance below which is from Control personalized ads on the App Store, Apple News, and Stocks - Apple Support.
"Turn off personalized ads on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If your issue is different than those we mentioned, let us know where you see this. That'll isolate the issue further.
All the best.
Thanks so much!!
Thank you!
