Thanks. I answered a text I thought was a bank but it was not. I removed my bank apps immediately thereafter. My bank would not allow me to set up my app/account again until I have my iPhone cleaned by Best Buy.
The people at your bank are - in the most polite word I can muster - idiots.
IF you jailbroke your phone, then there's no telling what may be on it. Assuming you haven't done that, then infecting an iOS device is about one billionth of a percent away from impossible.
If they refuse to reinstate your access for something you can't fix (because there's nothing wrong), then get a new bank.
Hello ~ What would lead you to believe you have”malware” on your iPhone? Keeping it updated and not sharing your Apple ID are your best protection plus using a strong passcode.

There isn't any. Apple's sandboxing prevents malware from affecting it and scanners from checking anything other than their own documents.
