The people at your bank are - in the most polite word I can muster - idiots.
IF you jailbroke your phone, then there's no telling what may be on it. Assuming you haven't done that, then infecting an iOS device is about one billionth of a percent away from impossible.
If they refuse to reinstate your access for something you can't fix (because there's nothing wrong), then get a new bank.
There isn't any. Apple's sandboxing prevents malware from affecting it and scanners from checking anything other than their own documents.

true. privacy is everything to apple but tere is a very good antivirus i recommend for a lot of platforms including iphones and ipads its called mcafee
Hello ~ What would lead you to believe you have”malware” on your iPhone? Keeping it updated and not sharing your Apple ID are your best protection plus using a strong passcode.

Thanks. I answered a text I thought was a bank but it was not. I removed my bank apps immediately thereafter. My bank would not allow me to set up my app/account again until I have my iPhone cleaned by Best Buy.
