I recently ordered an iPhone 14 pro max (which is out of stock) it says my order is on hold and Barclays needs to contact me for more info. They have contacted me and i have gotten an email saying my loan was approved but still no email saying that my order is confirmed, just an email saying that my order is processing. Is this normal? It said my phone is coming on 28/12/2022 it is currently 27/11/2022.

Why do you think there is an issue? You received an email saying when your order will arrive. The arrival date is a month away. The order status will remain in "Processing" until the device is sent to shipping.

Nothing to worry about. Your order will remain in Processing until the moment it is being prepared to ship, then shipped. You will NOT see a status change until then.
A confirmation email stating "Processing" typically means it is in the manufacturing queue. Apple is very good about getting product to you by the stated date.
