Why was I charged 83¢ instead of 99¢ today for iCloud storage?

Let's check your purchase history to ensure that the 83 cents was applied for your iCloud storage and not something else.


"How to see your purchase history


  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. A list of your recent purchases appears. If you’re not sure what you were charged for but you know the amount of the charge, search for the amount. If you're looking for information about older purchases, find your purchase history in Settings or Account Settings on your device.

Learn what to do if you can't find the item that you’re looking for or if you find unexpected charges.

If you purchased a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription.


Find information about older purchases

If you can't find an item in your purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com, check the purchase history in Settings on your iPhone or iPad. Or check the purchase history in Account Settings on your computer.

On your iPhone or iPad


  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases. 
  3. Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in.
  4. Tap Purchase History.

  6. Your purchase history appears. Tap Last 90 Days, then select a different date range.

On your Mac


  1. Open the Music app. 
  2. From the Account menu at the top of the screen, choose Account Settings. You might be asked to sign in.
  3. On the Account Information page, scroll down to Purchase History. Next to Most Recent Purchase, click See All.

  5. It might take a moment for your Purchase History to appear. Click Select a range. Or choose Last 90 Days, then select a date range.
