Hi Amdemaio,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with restoring a MacBook Pro since it's showing a former employee's credentials. We'd like to help.

From what you've shared, it sounds like the MacBook Pro was set up with an Activation Lock. This is a security protocol set up right on the device. This Apple ID and Password would need to be entered to either on the device or remotely from iCloud or another device to unlock it for use.

However, since this is a company owned product, you may be able to request to turn Activation Lock off. You can start that request here, if you meet the requirements listed here: Request additional support for unlocking your device

Request additional support for unlocking your devic

Important things to know before you continue:

1. You must be the owner of the device.

Proof of ownership documentation is required. Proof of ownership must include the product serial number, IMEI or MEID.

2. Your data on the device will be erased.

If Apple unlocks Activation Lock on your device, all files and data stored on your device will be permanently erased. Please note, restoring your device from a local backup will re-enable Activation Lock.

3. We can’t unlock a managed device.

If your device is owned by a business or educational institution, please contact your IT department or manager. We also do not accept bulk requests.

4. Your device must not be in Lost Mode.

Hope that helps!
