How can I bypass the passcode and Face ID on an iPhone 12? Without resetting it and wiping it and without a computer ?

The passcode can NOT be bypassed.
Period.
If you can’t successfully enter the passcode, the ONLY option is to “wipe” the phone and restore it from a prior backup.
