Need to repair Apple Watch Series 6

Dear Sir,

 Kindly let me know if my Apple Watch repaired as problem with manufacture problem 

As I told you before it’s happened when I used it in swimming pool with my kids for only 60 cm only 

please repair it as problem from manufacture
