Sleep tracking no longer syncs between Iphone and other devices

Since I updated my iPhone to iOS 16, I noticed that sleep tracking (in the Health app) is no longer accurate.

Before, if I worked on my other devices (Macbook, iPad) the Health app would record that I have not been sleeping during that time, even if the sleep mode is on. Now the health app no longer records that I am awake when I am using other devices.

Is there any way to restore syncing?

Hey Paco el Alpaco,

Tracking your sleep is a great feature! If you haven't already, make sure all devices you're using are updated as updates help with bug fixes and install important security updates. If updates are needed, be sure to back up first:

Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support

If you're already fully updated or the behavior continues, be sure to calibrate your Apple Watch as that helps to ensure more accurate readings. The following guide has the steps to take: Get the most accurate measurements using your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If it still isn't tracking after those steps we recommend reaching out to Apple Support to look into this with you more: Contact - Official Apple Support
