iPhone 13 not tracking sleep data after iOS 18 update

I cannot find answers to this problem from the last time I asked this question, I’ll ask it again. I have an iPhone 13, and had updated to OS 18. Ever since that update happened, the phone no longer tracks my sleep in the Health app. Has anyone had a similar problem, and were you able to correct it? If so, what did you do? There was one person who had a fix for it, but it didn’t work for me. That person had a newer model so perhaps that’s why, but I’d love to know if there’s a fix.

I have an Apple Watch and I wear it specifically to track my sleep. After I updated my phone three days ago, it no longer shows any sleep data. However, my respiratory rate, heart rate, and activity levels have all shown data overnight….I am so confused. I’ve tried restarting everything and reconnecting everything and nothing has worked….
