Need solution for the 'iCloud Photos is incompatible with OneDrive Backup. Your iCloud Photos folder is now in your home directory' notification message in Windows

Is there a solution for the 'iCloud Photos is incompatible with OneDrive Backup. Your iCloud Photos folder is now in your home directory.' notification message in Windows? I've installed the Windows Store Version of iCloud on Microsoft Surface Pro 7 with Windows 11 latest update (as of 11/24/22). I use both iCloud and OneDrive. There seems to be no way to move the ICloud Photos folder anymore, and it is created in the home directory whether or not you set iCloud settings to handle 'Photos'. The error/notification seems to happen even when you try to open 'ANY' file from the Windows desktop and slows that opening process to an unacceptable crawl.

Windows, Windows 10

After working with 'APPLE' tech support for iCloud. Looks like I've found, at least, a workaround until 'APPLE' fixes the issue. The problem arises on Windows 11 (unsure of other operating systems) when you set iCloud to 'NOT' handle 'Photos'. If you leave the iCloud settings screen with 'Photos' checked the problem disappears. Downside is my Photos are copied to my PC, which I really don't need. The Apple Tech was VERY helpful and has escalated our findings to higher levels for a possible fix.
