When choosing shuffle Photos in Lockscreen Wallpapers I can't see my face i can only see my brother and my nephews and few others but me and my perents and some other i can't but when i go to photos app i can see every face

Please be sure your that you iPhone is running the latest version of iOS, which is iOS 16.1.1. You can verify in Settings > General > Software Update.
