Is safewebgauard.com from apple?

Safewebguard popped up on my iphone 12 when I was browsing on the internet. The message was a "Warning" from safewebguard.com that my Apple device is infected. All I can do is click "OK". behind that message, what I see is "Your iPhone is severely damaged with 19 viruses". Then below, it behind the "Warning Message", it looks like Safewebguard wants to install (42 seconds) something to protect my Apple devices. If I click ok, there is an option to "Install" or "Cancel". I believe if I click "Ok", my phone will be corrupted. How do I get rid of this on my phone?

No, it is not from Apple. It is a T-mobile content filter to restrict adult content to members 18 years or older.
