Calendar events created without alert always showing with alert enabled in Outlook 2013

Hi,


I have an Exchange account, using iPhone and Outlook 2013 PC App.

When I create a calendar event on iPhone and choose an Alert option "none" it immediately syncs with Outlook but an event appears with alert turned on. And whatever alert options I choose on iPhone while creating an event it doesn't affect an alert option in Outlook.


This problem started only since iOS 16. Is there any way to solve it?
