Radio stations

re-posting this… I’m sick of algorithms and profits controlling what I listen to. Local FM radio stations with human DJs are the way to go, and there are tons from around the world. Apple, are you going to let us bookmark radio stations or do we have to go outside the walled garden for this basic functionality ???

Hello everyone!

I've noticed that on Apple Music it's not possible to save a radio station. You can only access a radio station that you have already listened to through the "recent" tab.

It would be much more useful to have your own "My Radios" tab where you can save your favorite radio stations, also to be able to search them more easily from the Car Play interface.

Are there other options besides the recent tab to save or view a previously played radio?

You're not limited to the list I've provided. If you can find a streaming URL from a given station's website you can open it in Music in the same way and then save to a playlist for later reuse.

I've made a web page that lists the Internet radio stations from iTunes that are not listed in Music and describes how you can access them in the new app. Hopefully you can find what you're looking for at iTunes | Internet Radio.

Thanks for trying to help- ironic username btw, as it relates to the core issue here. I’ve seen your page before but it doesn’t seem to solve the problem: I’d like to be able to bookmark ANY radio station that is available for streaming. NOT just the canned stations made by Apple and other corporations using algorithms and/or limited playlists of specific commercial/popular songs.

For example, the following local radio stations with human DJs are available to stream on the music app, but I cannot bookmark them and they are not on your webpage either: WPKN, KZSU, KBCZ, etc.
