I can’t download any apps because of a subscription that I can’t cancel.
When I go to download an app, it won't let me because of billing info that needs to be managed or something. When I try to delete my apple pay option to see if that fixes anything, it says I have an "active subscription that needs at least one payment on file" or something along the lines of that.
When I go to my subscriptions, I have only one subscription that says active (not sure if it matters, but the app is Impulse). I press on the subscription, and there is no cancel button anywhere. It just says it expires in about a year from now, and I don’t know if that means it’ll automatically renew and take my money or I just have to wait a year to be able to download apps again.
Either way, I really don’t want to have to pay $30 or wait a year just to download apps.
