My iphone has been stolen and My apple id has been compromised

My iphone has been stolen, and I turned on "Lost mode", but it was turned off.

After one day, they send me a phishing site and they gained access to my apple id account and removed my iphone from my list of devices.

I changed my password so I still have access to my Find My acount.

They removed my iphone from my Apple ID account, and I want re-add my iphone to my "Find My" account to regain access or at least lock it.

Please help!

Sorry, you are not going to like the answer.

You have to have the phone in your possession to set up Find My on the phone using your new Apple ID Password.
