Hey Trentmichael22,

There are only a couple potential causes for the Find My tone to play. Let's get a little more information to help narrow the down.

Are you the organizer of the family group?

Does it ever repeat at a specific time? When did it begin?

Is it the Find My tone, or a similar sound?

Also, your iPhone will also notify you if you leave your AirPods out of Bluetooth range when you're not in a significant location like home or work.

"you can also use the Find My app on a device owned by someone in your Family Sharing group, or sign in to iCloud.com/find on a web browser. "

Hello Trentmichael22,

Could this be an alarm or notification?

To check if it's an alarm, see the following related resource: How to set and change alarms on your iPhone - Apple Support If so, here's how to edit the alarm:

How to edit an alarm

1. Open the Clock app and tap the Alarm tab.
2. Tap Edit in the upper-left corner.
3. Tap the alarm, make your changes, then tap Save.

To check for a notification, see the following on Notification Center: Use notifications on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Use notifications on your iPhone or iPad

Learn how to view and manage your notifications to minimize interruptions throughout the day.

Open from the Lock Screen

You can see your recent notifications on the Lock Screen by picking up your iPhone or waking your iPad. You can also do these things from the Lock Screen:

iPhone showing how to open notifications from Lock Screen

- Tap a single notification to open the app that it's from.

- Tap a group of notifications to view all recent notifications from that app.

- Swipe left over a notification to manage alerts for that app, or clear the notification.

- Touch and hold a notification to view the notification and perform quick actions if the app offers them.

To show the contents of notifications on the Lock Screen without unlocking your device, go to Settings > Notifications > Show Previews, and select Always.

In case it is a notification, here's how you can change that app's notification settings:

Turn off notifications for specific apps

1. Go to Settings > Notifications, then tap Siri Suggestions.

2. Turn off any app.

Let us know if this helps out or not, take care.
