Do Not Disturb problem

Hi, for some reason, do not disturb (latest firmware, latest iPhone) has stopped working. I keep getting pings and buzzes when it's switched on. This has started happening literally overnight after being fine for years. I don't have any DND bypasses set up. Can anyone help?

I have always used the function with no problems. I allow “repeated calls” to work so family can break through in case of an emergency. I have DND set to allow no one. Please look at your settings...

Repeated Calls: If someone calls you twice within three minutes, the second call isn't silenced.
