My screen recordings are saved in reversed colors when my phone is not set to it.
for example, Classic Invert is selected, so I see the normal colors. When I select to do a screen recordings, the video is saved in reverse color (looks like a negative image). Any idea what is going on?
I recently updated to 16.1. Unknown when this issue started but I believe it was sometime after the iOS upgrade.

Has anyone resolved this?? Since 16.1.1, my screenshot videos are all saved in negative. Changing the 2 color invert controls in Accessibility does NOT solve this ! Help! If I undo Classic Invert, EVERYTHING becomes negative.

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images/pictures speak louder than words.

I was able to correct the issue I was having. One thing that was odd is if I had a video that was inverted colors (negative) and sent that via text message to my
friens, the video was in normal colors on the their phone.
this is what I did
settings>accessibility>zoom>zoom filter>select none (mine was set to “inverted”).
This is a screen shot I took just now The image saved is an exact image of what I see on my screen
This second image is a screenshot taken from a screen recording I just did. The screen recording was of the same image or page as the first screenshot above. However, as you can see, the colors are now reversed.

Well. I’ve been battling reversed colours since iOS 16 upgrade to. (12 pro max) Very annoying. Both classic and smart invert are disabled. But I can’t even start to describe how random this is. Finally fixed it tonight after a lot of digging.
head off to another one of apples famous hidden duplicate settings:
settings/accessibility/
per-app settings/Home Screen/ smart invert.
Disabled that and my life is back to normal.
I’ve never even been in there before so the 16 upgrade must have enabled it.
