How can an app be removed from iOS 16?

Follow the steps indicated in the Related Article above. You have the option to delete the app just from the home screen and still be able to use it again, or you can remove it from both the home screen and the iPhone App Library.

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
