Delete app iOS 16.2

How do I delete an app entirely from my iPhone, now that I have updated to iOS 16.2? I’ve tried going into my App Library, then holding my finger on the app, but the only options are to ‘remove from home screen’ ‘add to home screen’ or ‘share app’

There are many apps that cannot be deleted.

You can't delete the following Apps from the iPhone

Photos, Camera, Clock, App Store, Wallet, Safari, Phone, Message & Find My apps.
