Placing a support question for other apple individuals

I manage a base of 163 IOS devices many of which have an extended apple support package.

Calls with issues are sent to me.

If I need to support the individual - do I need a generic username to place service calls for an individual mobile/Ipad or does the individual owner have to make the call?
