It's possible that your AirPods Pro could qualify for the AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues

"An affected AirPods Pro may exhibit one or more of the following behaviors:

• Crackling or static sounds that increase in loud environments, with exercise or while talking on the phone
• Active Noise Cancellation not working as expected, such as a loss of bass sound, or an increase in background sounds, such as street or airplane noise"

I have Airpods pro 2nd gen and Airpods Max as well. But I have the same problem. With noise cancelling I can here typing, clicking with mouse and every small sound which was earlier filtered out. I already brought my Airpods Max to apple service... (Same firmware 5B58) It's very annoying and irritating to hear everything :(

@racheals14 - With all due respect, this copy/paste is not specific to the issue which AirPods owners/users are reporting - including support cases - across channels.

5B58 had a running change with ANC.
