Right side of my Beats headphones is not working

Right side of my headphones is not working. I did not drop it or it did not receive any damage.

FORGET this device on EVERY device it's ever been connected with - Computers, iPads, Phones, TVs. Then, turn off all those devices. Then, start over on your preferred device".
