Apple Watch world clock complication on modular watch face not updating

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. Does this happen for all cities or any in particular? That might narrow things down. If needed, use the below steps from Use World Clock on Apple Watch to check the time in other locations - Apple Support to add a city and test.

"Add and remove cities in World Clock

1. Open the World Clock app  on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap Add City.
3. Type the city name (Apple Watch Series 7 and Apple Watch Series 8 only), or use Scribble or dictation to enter the city name.

To use Scribble, swipe up from the bottom of the screen, then tap Scribble.

Note: Scribble is not available in all languages.

4. Tap the city name to add it to World Clock."

You might also try removing, then adding this complication back. It's a simple step but can sometimes be effective for issues such as this. Use these steps from Customize the watch face - Apple Support.

"Delete a face from your collection

1. With the current watch face showing, touch and hold the display.
2. Swipe to the face you don’t want, then swipe it up and tap Remove.

Or, on your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app, tap My Watch, then tap Edit in the My Faces area. Tap - next to the watch faces you want to delete, then tap Remove.

Add a watch face to your collection

Create your own collection of custom faces—even variations of the same design.

1. With the current watch face showing, touch and hold the display.
2. Swipe left all the way to the end, then tap the New button (+).
3. Turn the Digital Crown to browse watch faces, then tap Add."
