The title pretty much tells the story. It used to work fine but for the last week it no longer displays time to sunrise or time to sunset as it used to.

Did you try to force restart your watch, by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
If this does not work, try to create a new watch face and the complication.
