Some new podcast episodes are downloaded but don't appear in listen now

Since iOS 16 the podcast app has a very annoying problem that some new podcast episodes are downloaded but don't appear in listen now. It's always with the same shows that they don't appear there. Other shows work fine. I double-checked all the settings in the app multiple times. Is this a bug? Or is there something I can do? (I use an iPhone 12 Pro)

For me it doesn't even make a difference what show it is. It downloads all episodes but I can only see the currently playing one in the Listen Now and Up Next list
