I had a similar problem. I set it up to send two emails at the same time (maybe a bit optimistic). One was sent a couple of minutes later than requested and the other one was still waiting to be sent forty minutes after the requested time. There is nothing like a "just send it now for goodness sake" button so I rescheduled it for the current time and that seemed to do the trick.

I then looked in the sent folder of the sending mail account and there was no sign of either email. Eventually I found them in a sent subfolder that had been created in the inbox for the sending email account. Unexpected to say the least.

Disappointingly, this feels like it just hasn't been tested with any rigour. Or do Apple use the users as their software test team?

Yup you are right just tried and it get stuck in Send Later

FYI - I shall followup my end with Apple

Oddity - at 08:13 AM my time, it finally did send 2 minutes later than scheduled

Then have a few suggestions ;

1 - Get Support Choose a product and we’ll find you the best solution.Start now and open an Apple Support Ticket as they are Apple Employees to deal will these types of issues .

2 - Product Feedback - Apple and make it known to Apple regarding this ongoing issue

Mine is still in Send Later 2 days after it was supposed to be sent, and is NOT in my Sent folder, so I am assuming it never went, but based upon what has been said on this thread I really have no idea if it set or not.

I cannot move it to Drafts to just manually send it now, as every time I try it automatically pops back into Send Later (I'm assuming because that "flag" is set on the email and not getting removed when I move the message).

Seems like once a message gets put into the Send Later folder, it then becomes unchangeable.

It's not like Apple to push out a feature that isn't ready for prime time, but this one definitely qualifies.

I'm definitely going to wait to use this feature again until a few rounds of bug fixes and enhancements actually make it usable.

Follow on.

To Get ride of the Send Later Folder in earlier image - had to use the " Delete" Deleted Contents and presto both the missing Send Later contents and Folder vanished

I sense it is a work in progress and may need addition work from Apple.

Worthy of making this issue know via earlier posting Product Feedback

Enough people report and maybe Apple will get it looked into and fixed ?

Ok back from shot walking in park - freezing day -2 celsius here.

My Send Later was sent at 09:57 AM and received by wife's machine at 10:02 AM. That is because she is using a POP account to check for new messages every 5 Minutes.

The interesting ting is the Send Later Folder still appears on my machine as 1 message Unread, though there is no actually message appearing in folder.

The actual message does appear in Sent folder as sent @ 09:57 AM

Can only speak to a similar send late from self to self.

The " Send Later" folder was Automatically Created and the message was place in that folder.

The clock passed the scheduled time by 2 minutes and then was sent.

The " Send Later " self deleted and the delayed message appeared in the normal " Sent " folder.

Will attempt another Test Send Later and send to my Wife who uses MS Windows machine and report back
