Can’t send attachments on email or Skype. Emails bounce back I have to press send up to 10 times before it goes since I upgraded to the latest Ventura 14.1. When is apple going to fix this problem

Ventura is at 13.4.1 as of this post. I have no issues sending attachments in Apple Mail, and if Skype is messing up, that is a combination of your obtaining the current version from Microsoft, and Microsoft ensuring that they keep the application compatible with macOS. Apple has nothing to do with Microsoft's development agenda.
