Not receiving my childs request to download apps on my iphone, I've done everything suggested on support apple Not receiving my child's request to download apps on my Iphone 13 (IOS 16.2), I've done everything suggested on the support page, including turning on ask to buy. Furthermore, none of the restrictions I set for my child work, therefore, even apps that are 4+ require my approval. Even though I have set it for 13+. I do receive the requests on my macbook pro, but not on my iphone. Don't know what I am doing wrong. I have restarted both her ipad and my iphone and i have updated her ipad to the latest ios software update.

In order to provide a helpful response, please provide more details. Where is the app not showing? Do you receive the request?

You can find details on using Screen Time and setting up limits in Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
