I can’t install apps from Apple Store
Why I can’t install nothing from Apple Store, when I want to install something, it s just the circle rotating, but don t show me to use my id, or my facial Id.

You don’t mention which device is having the problem so I’m assuming it is an iPhone. This link offers good ideas to try when you cannot download apps but here are the first things I suggest you do:
- Restart your device: Restart your iPhone
- Update it to the latest iOS by tapping Settings > General > Software Update. If you are eligible for an update, you will be prompted to do so. More information available here.
