Irregular heartbeat monitoring

Do any apple watches monitor blood pressure and send notifications on quickly declining blood pressure, like when one faints?

Phantom Heart Rates Last night when my Apple watch was off my wrist and left on my desk (2000-0800 hrs.) it continued to "measure" Heart Rate displaying HRs ranging from periods of either 95 or 177 bpm. When I put it back on it returned to normal. Any ideas why it did that?

unfortunately, no Apple watches can detect your blood pressure
