To accept Apple Cash, see the instructions in the following Apple article: Send and receive money with Apple Cash - Apple Support

After accepting it, the following has instructions if you want to then transfer it to a debit card or bank account: Transfer money in Apple Cash to your bank account or debit card - Apple Support
