Help. Can't sync iPad to Mac. In iTunes, when I open my iPad in sidebar, I get a message that iPad is open in another window.
iPad mini 5, iPadOS 15
Seems on iPhone that message means that you now select the iPhone in a Finder window ...
.... not sure how this translates to an iPad.
