Yesterday, I noticed a app called "Carousel" was using microphone on my Watch SE. But I didn’t find that app in app list and app privacy report. A similar situation occurs in Carousel on Apple Watch Series 6 - Apple Community. I want to know why it is using my microphone and what exactly is it.

See if it's turned on. If so, try turning if off.
Go to the iPhone Watch app, My Watch>Handwashing and turn Handwashing timer to off.

Do you use the Hand Washing feature? I have heard that Hand Washing listens for water running.

Maybe I have used it before, but I didn't use it this month.
The hand washing function has always been turned off.
