Recently, just out of nothing I notice my apple watch is always using my microphone by the app “carousel”. Any ideas on why this is happening and how to stop it? It’s an apple watch SE that I got about 3 months ago.

To help resolve this issue, try removing the app from the Dock and restart the Apple Watch. To remove the app from the Dock, press the side button, then turn the Digital Crown until you get to the app you want to remove. Swipe left on the app, then tap X. 1. If your Apple Watch is charging, take it off the charger.
2. Press and hold the side button until you see the power buttonin the upper-right corner of the display.
3. Tap the power button.
4. Drag the Power Off slider.
5. After your watch turns off, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo.
How to restart your Apple Watch if you have watchOS 8 or earlier
1. If your Apple Watch is charging, take it off the charger.
