Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will not turn on

I am unable to turn on Bluetooth and Wifi on my iPhone 12. When I toggle on Bluetooth, it turns on for about 5 seconds before turning back off. I cannot toggle Wifi on at all. The switch is completely grayed out. I have tried power cycling the device. I have also reset my network settings, but the issue is still persisting. Earlier in the day it was working because I had used my Apple Watch with the device. I believe the phone locks up and restarts randomly. It was doing this last week and I was using an older iOS so I thought I’d upgrade to 16.1 and it was good for a couple days and then started again. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so what was your fix?

Not experiencing this myself, but based on what you posted, and tried so far, it could indicate that there may be a potential issue with your iPhone that will require more than just the resets.

At this point, I suggest that you make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options. Alternately, you can contact Apple Support directly by using the Support link at the bottom left-hand side of this forum's web page.
