Phone cannot connect to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth as well as restarting on its own

Hi

After updating to iOS 16.2 my phone restarts on its own and the Wi-Fi as well as Bluetooth toggles are greyed out. I have restarted the phone and the same issue is still there. I have also updated all apps. The Wi-Fi is working as other devices are using it; the phone is the only device that cannot connect to the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The phone is the 12 pro max

Troubleshooting a Black iPhone Screen:

I'd say the iPhone is stuck in a boot loop. This can typically occur when you update something, and it got stuck while in the process.  So, refer to my user tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip
