It will work anywhere any other iPhone will work as long as it has a valid, provisioned SIM.

A U.S. model 14 WILL require provision of an eSIM; which might be problematic with carriers in some regions.

However, if you purchase a 14 marketed for your region, it will still have a nanoSIM slot available.
