Hi, I would like to inquire if the iPhone 14 can be used in the Dominican Republic?

Only if the cellular providers in the Dominican Republic support eSIMs.

If you live in the US but are traveling to the Dominican Republic, Apple gave some guidance on using eSIM while traveling overseas. An iPhone 14 purchased outside of the US should still support physical SIM cards.
