Hi Derrick_14,

Welcome to the Apple Community

Re: how do i duplicate draft emails

Thank you for your question, and for giving us details of the MacOS you are using!

Here's a short way (to duplicate the whole message including any addresses etc)

Click on the Message you want to duplicate to highlight it

Click on Message in the top menu bar

Scroll down to "Copy to"

Choose a mailbox (folder) to save the duplicate to

Done

______________________________________________________________________

Here's a longer way .... yet with just the body of the message all ready to re-address and send

Double click on a draft eMail in the side bar to open it.

Click in the Message area (so the cursor is there)

Click Edit in the top menu bar, and Click Select all

Press The Command button, while you click "C"

(The body of the eMail is now copied to the clipboard.)

Then Click File > New Message, and press Command while you click "V"

The body of the draft eMail is now pasted into the message.

You can now add address and send it

or you can write something in the subject line (ie: to distinguish it from the original draft) and save it.

All the best :-)
