Iphone audio cuts out

The audio in my iPhone 14 pro max, running iOS 16.2, keeps cutting out in audible and podcasts. Not in music.

iPhone 14 IOS 16.3 sound cutting out After I upgraded to IOS 16.2 my blutooth audio keeps cutting out. It is happening to all of the apps (music, videos, audiobooks, etc) and with all my listening devices (AirPod Pro, Max, and Bose Earbuds). I have shut down, forgot devices, reloaded apps, everything I can think of. None of it fixes the problem. Getting super frustrated. Anyone found a solution?
